There are specific underlays made just for metal roofing so as to prevent water seepage into your attic.

• Rubber Roofing - If you’re looking for that slate or tile look with your roof then look no further than Rubber roofing shingles. They look like the real thing but are far more durable. Considered a “Green” building material your rubber roofing material is made almost entirely of recycled products and can actually be recycled again, when the time comes to replace your roof again (many years in the future!)

 

• Shingle Roofing - The standard roofing material many of us are used to. Shingles are available in a wide range of materials and styles depending on the slope and style of your roof. The price ranges from very affordable to very expensive depending on the style and material of the shingle.

Most roofing materials come with a 20+ year warranty of the actual roofing product so it’s highly unlikely the material will fail.
